REFUND POLICY

At Detox Sleep Method, we value your experience and satisfaction. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. Digital Product Policy

Detox Radio is a digital audio service delivered through a subscription model. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.

2. No Refunds on Subscription Fees

We do not offer refunds for:

Partial subscription periods.
Unused time on an active subscription.
Accidental purchases or forgetfulness to cancel before renewal.

3. Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active for the duration of the billing period, but no further charges will be made.

4. Exceptions

In rare cases where a technical issue on our end prevents access to the service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we may consider a refund. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing to:

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the issue occurring.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first, your account may be suspended, and further access to Detox Radio will be revoked. We encourage open communication to resolve any issues.

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
